How do I register?
Click on LOG IN | REGISTER link on top right side of our site.
Do I need to register to shop voltexlights.com?
No. Registration is required only to register your purchased product and have access to members only pages. Registration is free and only requires your name and email address.
I lost my password. How do I reset my password?
Simply click on the LOG IN link located on the upper right corner of our site and click reset password. Further instructions will follow.
Shopping and Payments
How do I purchase products on voltexlights.com
Visit our main store front. Select from product category menu links located on the left side of the store front. Alternatively, click on Store on the top of voltexlights.com
What types of payments do you accept?
voltexlights.com accepts most major credit cards and debit cards. All payment transactions are 256 Bit Encrypted for your security. Payments are processed through autorize.net or PayPal as options. We also gladly accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. (All checks and money orders are subject to bank acceptance and funds confirmation before products are shipped out). All shipments within the State of California are terms to California Sales Tax.
I cannot click add to cart for purchase. I cannot buy my products online.

Servicing / Registering / Warranty
How long is your warranty?
VOLTEX offers a Certified 1 Full Year Warranty on all products. It coves all parts & labor.
I need to service my product still under warranty. My warranty period is expired. Do you still service products that are out of warranty?
Yes. VOLTEX will gladly service your lightbars and arrow boards that are out of warranty for a nominal fee. Kindly, call our service center 562-529-8004.
How do I register my product?
Registration of your product is easy. First, Log In or Register on voltexlights.com if you havn't done so already. Then, go to SUPPORT > Register Product link. Follow simple instructions by filling out the form.
Do you offer customized lightbars and arrow boards?
Yes. Customized lightbars and arrowboards are available. However, all customized lightbars and arrowboards do not qualify for the 14 day guarantee. Please call 877-986-5839 or email email@example.com for more information on customized lightbars and arrowboards.
My lightbar or product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact 877-986-5839 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please take pictures when possible of the damage. Follow steps provided by our associate. Please refer to our Damage Claims page.
I need replacement parts for my product.
Try searching for your replacement part in our PARTS REPLACEMENT page. If you cannot find your part, contact us and we can help.
How much is shipping?
All shipping rates outside of lower 48 States are charged based on weight. An estimate of the shipping rates are provided during check out. Expedited shipping is also available for a fee.
How much does shipping cost outside of continental USA?
We offer FREE Shipping for all products available on voltexlights.com. (Lower 48 States Only) Expedited shipping is also available for a fee.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to physical addresses.
Who is your logistics carrier?
VOLTEX uses FedEx and USPS for most of our lightbars. However, bigger items like arrowboards are shipped via freight.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your product has been packaged and ready for shipment, we provide you with a Tracking Number specific to your item. We use the following logistics carriers: FedEX, USPS and Indivual Freight for items such as Arrow Boards.
Do you provide return shipping labels for warranty work or 14 day guarantee?
Only damaged goods on arrival qualify for return shipping. All warranty work and guarantee policy DO NOT qualify for return shipping. However, all warranty work qualify for FREE Shipping back to you.
Do you ship outside of Continental USA?
Voltex sells lightbars and arrowboards globally. For all international orders including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact 877-986-5839 or email email@example.com. We will setup another purchase method for you.
